Well first and foremost is the warm reception i got prior to my going over to their place in Manchester, he kept constant communication to make sure my coming was smooth and also coming from Coventry which is some considerable distance he personally picked me up from the bus station to the garage and this wasn’t even the plan so that really impressed me, he couldn’t have been more patient with the way he explained how best I could go about getting my tax and warranty done on the car and that was just another stress taken off my plate. I loved the car from scratch which is 2006 bmw 320d desiel version. it looked just as described. When i was about leaving with my new car and asked for where I could buy fuel he even took me personally to a Station to help me fill up the car.And though there was some few minor issues with the car when I finally got home, his response and feedback in helping sort it out was even more than satisfactory. Having spoken to a few dealers who are just snobbish and wont even go the next step in finding out how best they can help you let alone engage you in a nice decent conversation, my experience at Motor Moment was just the opposite. So lets just say my next car purchase is definitely with Motor Moment . Buying a used car can be a hustle so u definitely want a trustworthy seller who isn’t only just interested in selling off a car but one that makes it all simple and is ready to handle your issues after the sale.Its Motor Moments for me any day!!
